    In 2018, what later became Cosmic Pet was announced as the first major tenant at the Ironhorse Manufacturing Park, occupying a 103,500-square-foot building. The international company designs and manufactures pet products for cats and dogs. Since then, Cosmic Pet has expanded to three buildings with more than 303,500 square feet! Cosmic Pet utilized the city’s Industrial Building Program and was able to secure $6.1 million in Industrial Revenue Bonds.
