About Jeffrey
Born in Nebraska and raised in Texas, Jeff Morten has spent his life rooted between the two states he calls home. In 2019, he found his perfect middle ground in Wichita—settling just 395 miles from both his Texas and Nebraska hometowns, and centrally located to where his kids have landed.
Jeff’s formal education in Architecture, Construction Management, and Theology laid the foundation for his lifelong passion for building and design. Over the years, he has worked as a Realtor, mortgage loan officer, and investor, gaining experience owning income properties and building spec homes. This depth of expertise makes him a trusted guide for clients navigating both residential and investment real estate.
Jeff and his wife Susie raised a blended family of seven children and now enjoy traveling across the Midwest and Texas to visit their kids and grandchildren. When he’s not with family or helping clients, you can find Jeff in flip-flops enjoying tacos and live music. Since 2018, he and Susie have hosted an annual private concert and love taking in live shows whenever they can.
Deeply committed to giving back, Jeff stays active supporting local homeless shelters and contributing his construction skills to service-based charities.
