Stefanie Roth

Stefanie grew up in Newton, Kansas.  After marrying Steve Roth in 2000, they moved to Wichita and have resided in Wichita until moving to Goddard in 2016.  Steve and Stefanie have 3 children.  All three kids grew up attending Eisenhower schools and played sports/cheered there. Their 2 oldest boys now attend Kansas State University and their youngest daughter attends Oklahoma Baptist University.  On the weekends they are busy splitting their time between KSU football games and watching their daughter cheer at OBU.  Spending time with family and making memories is most important to them.

Real Estate is not just a job for Stefanie, but a passion.  Stefanie loves helping others and real estate is the perfect avenue to be able to do that!  Stefanie has a Master’s degree is Social Work, so understanding, listening, and guiding is first nature for her.  Whether clients are buying, selling, or investing,  Stefanie has a heart to teach and navigate her clients through one of the most important decisions they face.  Stefanie enjoys helping everyone; however, is extremely passionate to help with first time home buyers and those over 55 who are transitioning to their last home or right-sizing.

Stefanie is one of the hardest workers you will meet!  And she always puts her clients and their needs first.  In addition, when you work with Stefanie, you will have a good time!!  Having fun is important to Stefanie, whether it’s at home with her family or in the day to day activities of the real estate profession.  Stefanie has also grown a successful real estate team over the past 5 years!  Helping guide other Realtors towards success is another passion of Stefanie’s. And working as a team is always more fun and rewarding than working alone.
