With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 18 years as the owner of his own commercial construction company, Steve Roth brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every real estate transaction. From managing job sites and estimating complex projects to building and remodeling homes alongside his wife Stefanie, Steve understands every layer of what makes a property valuable—both structurally and financially.
Together, Steve and Stef have built and renovated several homes, gaining hands-on experience in flipping properties and identifying high-potential investments. Now, Steve is channeling that expertise into a full-time real estate career—helping clients not only buy and sell homes, but also make smart investment decisions.
Known for his keen eye and vision, Steve excels at helping buyers see the potential in every property. Steve and Stefanie are proud parents of three children who all attended Eisenhower schools, where they were active in sports and cheer. Their two sons now attend Kansas State University, and their daughter is a student and cheerleader at Oklahoma Baptist University. Weekends are often filled with college football games and cheer competitions—family time is their top priority.
