Susanne Spring

Susanne Spring grew up in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. She grew up in a family of nine children… She has always felt blessed to be part of a big family. She was raised with ethics of hard work, honesty and treating others how you would like to be treated.

She is married, has three children and nine grandchildren and loves spending time attending sporting events and activities with them. Over the years, she has been involved in their activities as either a coach, team mom or youth leader.  She feels being engaged gives her opportunities to stop and enjoy the moments before they are just memories.

Susanne worked many years as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the Kansas City area, helping people reach their goals of home ownership. When she met and married her husband, who was in the Airforce and stationed at McConnell Air Force Base, she moved to Derby, Kansas. It was at this point she switched to working as a Closing Agent at a Title Company. Her experience as a Loan Officer helped her understand this role. She has learned what’s needed to solve issues and execute the closing. Now that her children are older, she finally has time to pursue her dream of becoming a Realtor. She is currently holding Real Estate Licenses in Kansas and Florida.  She wants her future Clients to know that with her background, she has the knowledge and experience needed to overcome the obstacles to Sell and/or find their Dream Homes.
